I've been wanting to go to the Waco Zoo for awhile, and since Nanny and Poppy were here for a visit we had an excuse to go. The zoo was small but perfect for kids. They had unique play areas scattered around the zoo that allowed the parents to relax while the kids burned off their endless amounts of energy. My favorite was the clear slide through the otter exhibit.
