Alia at Seven

So here's what I need to remember about Alia at seven:

Favorite books: Loves being read the Magic Treehouse books.

Favorite Activities:  Alia loves dress up, she still occasionally plays with her princesses, she loves to play imagination games with other children.  She will play outside in the dirt or build forts or create games out of scraps of paper.

Least Favorite Activities: Alia still hates going to sleep without me there.

Favorite TV Show:  Well, this is really hard to say...Alia really doesn't watch TV that much anymore.

Favorite Foods: Surprisingly, Alia no longer likes Chocolate.  She insists on Vanilla everything.  She still loves cheese, though.  And fruit.

Favorite places to go: Pool, School

Skills she's trying to master: Reading chapter books.

Things she has learned how to do this past year: Read longer books, figure out 1/2 and 1/3, swim on swim team,

My favorite things about Alia at 7: The way she insists that things are "True, mommy.  Really. For real".  The way she snuggles up to me.  How open and loving she is with everyone.  The fact that she's the girliest girl and the biggest tomboy at the same time.
