Grant at a 1/2 year

We recently celebrated Grant's first half year of life with some cake and singing of the birthday song. Alia loved it of course, because she loves to celebrate birthdays. Here are six things that Grant loves at six months:

1. Watching his Daddy--as soon as Marc walks through the door from work, Grant's eyes are on him.

2. Laughing--Grant has such a good sense of humor. He laughs at funny noises, raspberries on the stomach, and he loves to be bounced around.

3. Food--He's an eater. He wishes he was eating more than rice cereal, oatmeal, orange vegetables, bananas and avocados. One new food a week is too slow a pace for Grant's tastes.

4. Putting objects in his mouth--Of course, what baby at this age doesn't. He even tries to put Hollywood's foot in his mouth.

5. The dogs--Speaking of the dogs, Grant loves watching them, too.

6. Sitting up--He has this mastered now, and he's really trying to crawl but he's not there yet.
